Fairly easy only took a few days to complete the entire process. A monkey could have passed the interview . They do not care if you're technically savy or know your way around Apple products they want to know if you can be nice to customers

Interview
The interview process was great. I was handled by a professional interviewer and able to answer all her questions. My experience with the TP has been good and I expect nothing but a good work environment.

One thing that they asked is my prsonal information.
3 Telefonate und 2 Test.
Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir vorher gesagt welche Fragen(nicht alle aber 2/3) sie stellen wird und mir geraten mich darauf vorzubereiten.
Das habe ich dann natürlich auch gemacht und das hat mir sehr geholfen.
Quick and only a few questions and not too hard. It was all basic customer service questions and a short role play and email writing in both languages. Total time was less than an hour.
