Interview
There are two interviews. One for Teleperformance and another for the specific project. Both interviews are taken at the same time though there is a waiting period between the interviews since they have to pull a representative from the project to conduct the interview.

Se llevan a cabo diferentes filtros antes de entrar, desde la primera entrevista son claros con las prestaciones y el sueldo, lo cual se agradece mucho. Principalmente, las entrevistas se encargan de encontrar perfiles para las vacantes en inglés, en las cuales si no se cumple con el perfil te asignan a ls vacantes en español.
