      Arabic Speaking Sales Development Interview

      13 May 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TP in May 2026

      Interview

This company is super shady. First, they post things to attract applicants and then take them off the table later. Then they have a lead person with only 5 years of experience interview you as if he’s senior, yet during the interview he barely has any questions to ask because he doesn’t seem qualified enough to even conduct interviews properly. Their salary is around €1400 per month, which is below the minimum wage expectations in Spain, yet they still advertise relocation packages and other benefits to attract candidates. Then once you ask about the relocation package they claim to offer, suddenly they send you an automated rejection email saying they found someone else. They also expect candidates to study and prepare their products before the interview as if people should spend unpaid time learning an entire product ecosystem just for a basic SDR interview. On top of that, the way they handle outreach is absolutely ridiculous — calling random phone numbers pulled from Google and hoping for the best, then calling that “sales outreach.” No real strategy, no structured market understanding, and no proper regional approach. No wonder they struggle to make real progress in the MENA region. I honestly don’t understand how they get away with offering salaries this low in Spain. Their jobs keep recycling online for months. In fact, the role I interviewed for had already been shared in Lebanese WhatsApp groups before, and people were rejecting it because of how low the salary was. They should honestly be ashamed of themselves.
