I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TP (Quezon City, Quezon City) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview process at Teleperformance was quite challenging, as it tested both my communication skills and ability to think on my feet. Each stage—from the initial screening to the final interview—required focus, preparation, and a clear understanding of the role. However, despite the difficulty, I found the entire experience to be very approachable. The recruiters and interviewers were professional, respectful, and encouraging throughout, which helped ease the pressure and allowed me to present my best self. It was evident that the company values not just qualifications, but also the potential and attitude of each candidate. Overall, I appreciated the structure and fairness of the process, and it gave me a deeper respect for the standards Teleperformance upholds when selecting new team members.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round. The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
