Takes too long. Just wasted the whole days waiting. And there are limited places to sit so some of us had to stand for 7, 8 hours waiting for the interview. I went for the interview at 10, 10:30 in the morning and reached home at around 11 PM. Got selected but the managemant was bad. So I left after a few months.

The interview wasn't difficult with easy questions in English like "tell us about yourself and why you chose us", There were two stages: a phone call and a call with HR.

The interviewer was nice and patient. They didn't rush the process and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. The questions were straightforward, mostly about my experience and how I handle costumers. the vibe was relaxed and encouraging.
