2nd time interviewing here, different position this time. went 4 rounds only to be told they are actually not going to hire anyone for this position. cool guys but clearly some start up growing pains.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at TOOLBX in Sept 2025
Interview
3 rounds in total, screening interview was chill, but long gaps between rounds and lack of agenda and professionalism for the culture fit portion with the 2 current AMs wasn't a good experience.

Question 1
What transferable skills are applicable to this job?
Had a preliminary interview with TOOLBX where they asked about my experience and what I was looking for. Also some basic questions about salary expectations and what project I'm most proud of. Overall a good experience and they replied within a few business days and also offered feedback. Very transparent and the feedback was appreciated since it's quite rare for companies to send anything outside of automatic canned rejection messages
