TOK Quality Control interview questions

I was contacted by a staffing agency, mainly because I speak some Japanese and because I have a technical background. I had a short (30-45 minute) interview with a headhunter followed by a group phone interview with three managers. I was not offered the position probably because of my lack of experience in quality control and related software.
