TOCA Social interview questions

I was offered the position just over an hour after departing from the interview which I gladly accepted. Despite this I was not contacted over 5 days after accepting the verbal offer, after chasing up management via email I was told that the offer had been withdrawn due to my availability despite filling out an availability sheet before the interview began.
