I filled out the application online. After about two weeks, I got a phone interview. After that, the woman who ended up being my first supervisor, reached out to me to do an in person interview.

Question 1
They wanted to make sure I knew what a mainline was. I had to meet my boss in front of the mainline at the local grocery store.

Got a call from a state hiring agent, who asked me questions. I was then told I would receive a call from the local manager. Have not heard anything yet though.

Very casual and a little too brief. Full job description wasn't given at time of interview. Even though I was told training was all online, it is incorrect and a little dated.

I was just asked if I was reliable! Evidently many people aren't, they work a couple of weeks then stop showing up, which I've never done nor would I do.
I was also asked if I could lift 30lbs.
Lastly was asked if I had a smart phone.
