Interview
I had previous experience working in entertainment and digital media in Los Angeles. TMZ was hiring for a production position focused on its popular web site, TMZ.com. I applied online for the role, then went in-person for an interview at TMZ's studio in Los Angeles. I received an offer, but declined due to opportunities at my then-current employer. The experience was great and I believe I would have done well in the role.

Question 1
I was asked about how I would prioritize certain breaking news stories on TMZ's website. The question led into a longer, engaging discussion about how to best attract traffic in an era of mass aggregation.

Interview
