TMX Group interview questions

It started out with the typical HR screening call. Next came two consecutive virtual interviews with the hiring manager, followed by silence after I disclosed a disability. I thought this would exceed the 30 word minimum but I don't know what else to add here without making something up.

The process consisted of two rounds. The first was a 30-minute recruiter call via Google Meet covering background, motivation, and fit for the Junior Security Analyst intern role on the Identity and Access Management team. The second was a technical interview focusing on security concepts including Identity and Access Management fundamentals, networking basics, Windows and Linux platforms, Python scripting for automation, and scenario-based questions. The interviewer emphasized connecting technical knowledge directly to real experience rather than textbook definitions. Overall the process was professional, well-structured, and the team was approachable.
