It was a one time interview, asking you how you deal with customers (the customer is always right.) and other typical job interview questions. There weren't any questions that caught me off guard. So long as you have good customer service and have a positive attitude, they will like you!

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
