Interview
- I Submitted a T.J. Maxx application form in the Bend, OR store
- I asked to speak with a manager
- I attended a casual interview wearing smart/casual clothing
- I answered a few basic questions during the interview
- From talking with the managers, it is important that staff have relatively flexible schedules
- I believe that past retail experience is preferred, but not essential

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
