Interview
I applied on a Tuesday and got a call the same day to interview on the upcoming Thursday. It was a group interview with just one other girl. The questions were basic interview questions but the interviewer seemed to pay more attention to the other girl becuase they had a mutual friend. The interviewer was very to the point and serious which didn't help my nervousness.
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
It was quick. I applied online, They called within a week. I spoke briefly with someone. They explained the process of getting started and some of the information about the store. They inquired about my experience when I’d be able to start
