Interview
You are contacted by an outsourced HR personnel who schedules you for an interview. The first interview is done onsite by some senior developers who test your knowledge of architecture, design, analytical skills and algorithms. The second part of the interview (determined by your performance in the first), involves two technical leads who simply try to ascertain your technical depth and tools you use.

Pude bater um papo com 2 especialistas técnicos onde me perguntaram sobre a minha carreira em detalhes e quais tecnologias eu tinha conhecimento prático nos últimos anos. Também pude tirar dúvidas sobre o projeto e como seria o dia a dia se fosse trabalhar na empresa.

Interview
Got asked basic Java questions and soft skills questions. Fairly scripted and unimaginative, but the interviewer was nice.
After a while it was very obvious they were interested and after one or two days they contacted me with a contract proposal. Although the salary was quite disappointing I decided to accept since my visit to their offices quite impressed me.
