TIG is a large private investigations firm based in Destin, Florida. The private investigations community is pretty small and a lot of the hiring is by word of mouth. TIG will post positions as well as assignments through various recruiting databases and industry message boards and blogs. Because a license is a must, we either hire from within the industry or we hire those willing to go through a stringent apprentice program then secure an industry license. TIG mostly looks for people who work well on computers and are naturally inquisitive.
