Interview
phone interview is pretty easy...this come first. Then, they will do a face to face interview (usually with a supervisor and a director). they tend to be pretty tough in the interviews. they like concrete examples. they are very sales oriented so they like to ask sales related questions.

Was pretty welcoming and warm I guess I had a hard time coming up with scenarios following the star method I was kinda all over the place interviewer was very nice non the less

Basic questions, two person interview but not overbearing or intimidating. Initially talk about their own roles then pass it to you. Simple preparation is enough, and the questions as I said are standard

From being reached out to by a recruiter, to receiving an offer took 5 weeks. Finishing the background check took another 5 weeks. Be aware that the background check takes awhile.
