I applied online. I interviewed at TIAA (Lewisville, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
Wasn't long, about 20 to 30 minutes. Went well they asked a lot of general questions. They focused a lot on customer service. I was interviewed by 2 people. Pretty easy interview if you have a great personality and can explain experience with customer service.

I applied online. I interviewed at TIAA (Frisco, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
The phone interview went well and the assessment was straightforward even though they moved on to another candidate I did not get a chance for an in person interview. I learned a lot but have to wait a year to reapply for the same role but afterwards, I got a link for how to get certified with SIE I picked the non experienced required role so I would be trained for 19 weeks (5 months) 4 days in and one day at home. Then after training it would be 3 days in and 2 days at home so the set up seemed promising.
