Contacted recruiter first and had a twenty minutes interview then proceeded to in person interviewing with training executives. Final interview was with EVP. Overall this process was positive for me.

Interview
I met with the CEO and two of the directors. They were all extremely nice and very personable. I met with all of them for at least an hour each. They really took the time to make sure I understood the position and the type of culture they have.

I would say that my interviews were not typical. It was more of a conversation than an interview. It was them getting to know me and me getting to know them. You know its a good interview when both parties walk out laughing.
