I had 4 phone/video calls, one assessment and one translation task, followed by other two video calls. Found the whole process very long and confusing, as no one seemed to be giving me the same information about the role, responsibilities, title, nor the salary. It was noticeable from the very start. I was informed I’d be responsible for a market, only to discover on the second interview that it would be another market. If I wasn’t following up each step, the company wouldn’t probably have made me an offer, and the recruiter didn’t even show up in one of the last steps. Never saw something like that from a company that seemed to be interested in hiring me. I had spoken about salary with another recruiter, and only on the very last step I was informed the position was Executive, and not Manager, as I originally applied for. Anyway, a huge loss of time in a seemingly chaotic environment.
