Interview
Very easy interview. Was called in for a 1 to 1 interview and an OJE. I applied for the serving assistant role but was told with my experience I would likely be offered the waiter role. Chatted to the manager for a little while before shadowing one of the waiters for about half an hour, was fun getting to know the staff. Afterwards I chatted with the manager again to give feedback and he asked me standard questions - availability, travel situation, holidays etc. Then I got invited for a final interview the next day, met with another manager for a simple chat. Didn't get offered the job but was overall a positive experience.

Interview
Firstly, I arrived and they gave me a tour of all the different places in store. I then got told to get straight to work and start setting up knives and forks but also to do deserts. At the end of the hour, I got told it wasn’t looking good as they have already given out the job!! Wouldn’t recommend

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TGI Fridays UK (Glasgow, Scotland) in Sept 2017
Interview
I filled in the application online then was invited to go into the store for approx 2hrs the next day after finding out I was successful. The trial shift lasted 1hr and this was at the weekend so they could see I coped under the busy pressure. I was doing food running for the hour, shadowing other serving assistants then for the last 20 mins I was independent. One of the managers then asked me about my availability and if I liked the job etc. Was then scheduled in for an interview 4 days later. This was with the store manager and was informal. Was offered the job there and then.
