Interview
Interview with restaurant manager asked situational questions including how I would react to customers and about me my personality and my experience in the industry and previous roles. It was an informal interview followed up with a trail shift where I shadowed a waiter on a Friday night
Simple and relaxed they were all very friendly it was more of a casual chat. They were more interested in making sure I wanted the role as much as they wanted to hire me.
