First interview, is entitled the "preliminary interview". You are asked to bring in a resume and 2 professional references. So far, normal requirements for an interview. IF the interview goes well with the "manager," Travis, you will be called in for a second interview. This interview is to give you an idea of "what they do" at the company. I showed up at the "marketing firm" in Milford and was told that we were going to drive to Stamford. No pre-warning, driving my own car, on my own gas money. We drove to a Gulf station where we set up a tent, and I was explained that this entire "marketing firm" is essentially a pyramid scheme. If, and only if, you follow the 'five steps' to management, you will suceed. Everything is comission based, you're essentially going out into the "field" aka the general public and hassling people at gas pumps to buy the car wax that the firm does "PR" for. Black and white description: you're a sales person paid on comission. No frills, no cubicle, no skills required. Completely deceptive from their job description. BE WARNED.
Also, this "firm" also goes by the name of Crown Advertising.
