informal. waited 10m on the dock for interview. unclear what the hours would be. lady said come in at 1:00. supervisor said kids come in 3:09-4:00 after their day job,??? I know I was qualified for the job. And could work odd hours. I think the supervisor may have control issues and may have been intimidated by my confidence. I have worked with people w similar personalities. that may be the reason why this job is always becoming open. I may be wrong. I ran a company for 20 years and never had a problem with finding people to work because I treated them with respect. That's too bad. I would've been a good employee.
