Interview
3 round interview- phone, in office (managers) and then president. Managers instantly told me this position was "no room for advancement". Instantly insuinated that I was after their jobs.
I was contacted by a recruiter for the position. I had a phone interview with a manager. The manager was not very friendly. I've interviewed over the phone with so many companies and I must say that was the worse one ever. A phone interview is supposed to be a conversation, that interview felt like a grilling session.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and she asked the normal interview questions. We then discussed the opportunity in great detail. She then wanted to know more about me as an individual. Once she found out I was a local candidate that pretty much sealed the deal.
