The Interview Process boils down to questions about your proficiency with the language in question, and some basic tech skills, like Microsoft Office for example. If they find your language skills lacking they do have some courses that can help you with the language barrier.

Simple interview with an HR representative and later the team lead of the project. Was asked general questions. They checked my written and spoken German skills, since the position I was applying for was with German.
