Spoke with a recruiter several times to get screened and interview with 2 hiring managers and was ghosted after that, despite them saying they would get back to me in a week. Not cool to find me viable enough to take the time of senior managers and ever respond after that.

Was a 30 minute video call via computer. Formalities exchanged and then went on asking me about my career and what I was looking for in my next role. Asked about my skillsets and any particular successes I'd like to mention.
