This was a fair interview process. First, I went through a phone screen. The recruiter did an outstanding job of asking questions and providing feedback on my answers. It is important to know the companies 4 core values and some information about the companies culture and achievements. It was easy to be open and talk about my experiences as they related to the position. About 1 week later, I was brought in for an in person interview with 4 different managers in total, and one shadow with a current PA (4 seperated occasions). Again, really open interview process with the chance to be yourself, express your interest/knowledge and show that you are a good fit. Each interview (and the shadow) ended up turning into casual conversations which really gives you a taste of the company culture.
