I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Greenville, SC) in Jul 2013
Interview
The hiring/interview process was very long with TEKsystems. You go through 3 different steps - a phone screen with their regional recruiter, an in person interview with the Director of the office you are interviewing at, then a final interview with the Director and two Account Managers that includes a half day of shadowing a recruiter. It is a very sales driven environment. As stated above, they ask A LOT of questions, none of my interviews were less than an hour. They grill you a good bit, and they do ask some personal questions that really have nothing to do with the job.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

I applied in-person. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jun 2026
Interview
It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
