Interview
Standard interview process. Phone screen followed by a group interview with several account managers and a one one one with the director. Half day shadow was the last step which allowed me to interact with those on the job, get a sense of the day to day, and meet with employees.

Tell us about a time when you had to overcome adversity.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
