Great interview, very nice people. Little flexibility offered for employees, very customer focussed. Looking for long term commitment with employees. Focus on 3DX from the PLM company DS. Currently not looking for PLM consultants

Interview
It was a very long and lengthy process. There were totally 3 technical and 1 managerial round. In technical rounds they asked scenario based question and asked to write program on screen sharing.
HR Screening
Technical Interview - PLM Domain and Java.
Its mostly online video interview process. There can be scenario related questions.It usually spans for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Project Interview - Basic interview with managers
HR Discussion on Compensation.

Interview Process - They had one Technical round and one HR round . In technical they asked for the product and skills they are hiring for and after it when Technical panel confirmed the candidate then HR call comes for the salary discussion.
