Multiple interviews from virtual to on site with HR, Managers, and Co-workers with plant tour to describe processes. Easy and timely communication with HR department and managers. Phone call for verbal confirmation of acceptance of position followed by formal offer.

Very relaxed interview. The questions were basic in regards to personality and thought process. Job specific questions were also very simple and easy to understand. Conversation flowed easily and sometimes even got off topic. Very friendly board with understanding attitudes. There were hands on , pencil and paper questions to be answered.
