I was told that the interview process will be completed after 2nd interview, however the decision was made that there will be 3rd with the case study and power point presentation. I only found out about the 3rd round because I reached out to HR as they haven't contacted me for 3 weeks. I fund the case study topic too generic as well as the follow up questions, to present yourself and your knowledge. I consider this as a waste of my time and personally I wouldn't go for this type of the interview anymore. However, the interview went in the nice, and both recruiters were really friendly.
