Professional environment with qualified employees. They set up four meetings, two meetings with the Human Resoruces Head Quarters (in English) and after that two meetings with the plant employees. All was made Online. After that they set up a physical plant tour.

Slow email communication back and forth. Took months to actually setup an interview. Very Informal. Sat with 5-6 different people at interview. Most did not know I was coming.
