I had to take two types of IQ test before the job interview. The test took me about 1 hour each. I was exhausted. The job interview was held three interviewers. Two development department managers and a HR manager. Questions in the interview were not difficult. It seemed they want know candidate's experience(product size, material etc.) fit the position perfectly. And then, they needed handwritten resume. Boring.
