They first emailed me some questions on my experience. The sent me a link to tak a test. 4hours long. Math algebra, percentage, long devision, fractions multiply. Guess I did not pass that part as I have not heard back. A bit over kill. I have taken many test's for jobs and passed them. There are words on this test that I have never heard of in my life. And Im not young!
Fine, applied and then they called me. Interview was straight forward. After phone interview went in and met with the owner of that store. Was nice and bubbly, interview took about 30 mins.
Online interview did online assessment and also did my interview online with no camera very easy self explained process must have a quiet professional area. Timed typing as well, number rememberance as well

Interview
Pretty easy, standard interview questions and then information about the company . It was short and very casual. Not too hard. Just practice standard interview questions. Definitely practice but don't be too nervous.
