Emailed resume to store manager who forwarded it onto district and regional managers. Was given an interview by store manager. A week later, I had a phone interview with district manager. Another week later, I had a one on one interview with district manager. All interviews were heavily based off prior sales experience.

Was not too long, they asked about my past sales history and my ability to get along well with both customers and team members everyday. I also liked the fact that they asked if I was tech saavy.

Interview
The interview is a zoom meeting composed of the 3 tiers of leaders. Very standard sales interview questions and customer service based. The interview is no longer than 20 to 30 min. I would say a very easy interview. Basically sale yourself and you should be fine.
