Interview
Interviewed twice, both went great. There were months that went by between interviews and communication could have been better, but on the other side it is understandable as to why they did not communicate in a timely manner. The only complaint I have about the process is HR. The woman who sent me my offer letter was pretty rude to me which was very off putting.

What qualifications do you have that would make you a good candidate for this position?
Phone call to interview to offer was a smooth process and the entire process lasted a month. There was a background check and always good to do salary negotiations. Defined benefit/pension plan not open anymore to new hires.

Laid back, formal questions. There were 3 panelists who were senior members of the team and the manager. Questions were behavioural but some situational mostly drawing on past experiences in a similar role or position
