TALENTLOTSEN interview questions

3 Stage- Interview process. First round with e recruiter. Second round with the Teamlead. 3rd Round with the CEO. On the first glance very easy-going and chatty. All of them talked to me like we are friends and the communication felt very natural. I received a phone-made offer, instead of official written one, straight after the 3nd conversation. I told them that I have one more Interview with another company and would like to take 3 days to decide on it. They called me during work hours on the following day requesting for a decision. I told them I would need time as discussed. On the following day I received a long Email from the Teamlead saying that my insecurity, made them insecure about me as well and that they would like to step back on the offer. I was deeply dissapointed to read that, since I haven't ever experienced anything more unprofessional in the corporate world. Firstly a non-official offer per phone call and secondly, not respecting the candidates time to decide. Tipp: you can not bully candidates into contracts with you. You need to respect their time and availability.
