Tedious long process involving multiple steps and they won’t bother to even send you a rejection letter. Why waste so much time of your candidate and not even tell them if they are not selected
Other Management Trainee interview reviews for TAL Apparel
There were several lengthy assessments and interviews overall. I progressed to the third stage - a follow-up interview, where I spoke with an HR specialist. She asked about my interest in clothing and TAL, as well as how my educational background and work experience were related.
She appeared somewhat unhappy during the interview. One notable point was that she was not satisfied with my preemptive preparation for her interview questions, as she preferred immediate responses to reflect a candidate’s true nature. She also mentioned that the working culture is quite “old-school,” with a strong emphasis on following established norms and rules.
She later offered me another round of proficiency assessment, but I chose not to proceed as I felt that I was not valued.
