Interview
It was one stage interview for an 8 months contract. There were two panel member. Very Friendly. Interview was conducted in a more informal ways where they were just trying to ease the pressure on you and were asking questions on the role and on my prior experience related to the role

Question 1
1. Tell me your job experience tailoring to this role. 2. Experience on Process Mapping 3. Difficult stakeholder 4. Did you do any risk assessment and worked on policy and procedure documentation refinement (Part of job description)
The organization called me and conducted an interview via phone call. There was one round and the questions were not clear enough. When asked to provide more clarification on a question, the reply was vague and not to the point.
