Went in and talked about very basic questions. They are always desperate for employees because they are always letting people go. They honestly didn't ask a whole lot of questions, basically asked if it was OK that I would be paying union dues and if i could use a tape measure and perform basic addition and subtraction.

disorganized- plant managers desk a mess, could not find my resume. i was interviewing for one position but the plant manager was unaware they were looking for somebody in that position. the plants is in a outdated building and when i was their duing my interveiw it was raining and the roof not only on the production floor was leaking but so was the main office
