I applied online and followed-up with a recruiter on LinkedIn. A few days later, I was contacted to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was with two employees: the software manager and a senior software engineer. Two working days later, I was contacted to set up an on-site interview. I chose one of the dates offered by my contact. The day of the on-site interview, I was told that they had too many vacation conflicts and needed to reschedule. I offered a few alternative dates, but they never committed to another on-site date. A week or two later, I was told that another candidate was chosen for the position.
