Interview
T. Rowe had two rounds of interviews. The first round was strictly behavioral and 30 minutes long. The second round was also mostly behavior with some case questions mixed in. Yet it was a full-day interview with 5 people in a 1:1 format. It was like interviewing at an investment bank rather than a small financial services company. Overall, if you like a conservative culture, this is the work place for you. T. Rowe is overly collaborative and thus it takes a long time to implement changes. On the plus side, work life balance is pretty good at T. Rowe with most people working 9 hour days. Emphasis experiences on teams and how you fit into teams rather than challenge teams.

Panel interview with managers, asking questions related to job responsibilities like do you have...experience before? They are all nice, so were not be stressful in the interview. Can prepare some behavior questions and stories to share.
It was average. Just as any other. Technical Assessment: Depending on the nature of the position, candidates may be asked to complete a technical assessment. This could involve tasks such as coding challenges, case studies, or problem-solving exercises relevant to the role.
