I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Savannah, GA) in May 2013
Interview
Very standard, at least when I applied back in 2013. The company has changed a lot since then. The whole process was quick and easy, not everyone have a quick process some people will wait a month or two

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you had to handle an upset customer and how did you handle it.
It went pretty simple met with two managers and had to answer a couple questions about past sales experiences and after that it wasn’t that bad. But I didn’t end up feeling that good after the interview but I got the job.
They didn't specify what they wanted, claiming a flexible schedule and really emphasizing hiring women, and the whole point is not to check all the boxes. I only asked for Sundays off, and they said they specifically needed me for those days. However, there was no indication in the application that they would specify this; otherwise, I wouldn't have applied. So, needless to say, I didn't get the job because I wasn't willing to compromise. I mean, if none of that matters to you, then I'm sure you can get the job.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Jun 2025
Interview
They have a packet of 6-8 behavioral and situational questions
Script style (they cannot help with questions, only repeat the question if asked)
Panel style with 3 managers
They really care about your ability to meet sales goals and what your plan is to meet those goals
