Focus areas:
Customer Service Skills – How you interact with customers.
Sales Ability – Upselling or recommending products.
Teamwork – Working with colleagues during busy periods.
Example questions:
Describe a time you worked under pressure.
How do you prioritize tasks when the store is busy?
I was guided to a backroom and then asked a few questions for about 20 minutes, it was standard interview questions with no curveballs. The interviewer was very friendly and was filling out a sheet with my answers.

Describe a time you got through a difficult situation.
Greeted politely, sat in staffroom waited to go into the interview, with staff workers coming in and out, questions were generally and asked what I would do in certain situations.
