Interview
After applied through online, I got Initial phone screen (5 min) round after 3 days. After one week skype interview is scheduled for one hour and then another phone round with architect which last around 15 minutes. Finally, HR called me for the offer letter.

Interview
Called me about 2 weeks after submitting resume for intitial screening . Then, interview on phone next day, and offered position that evening. It was one of the most relaxing interviews I've had with any company. Great interaction.

There wasn't anything difficult about interview, it was very casual and we discussed my previous years of work experience and what their company entailed. Both people I talked to were very nice and down-to-earth.
