I interviewed at Systems Integration & Development (Melbourne)
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and professional, with questions designed to assess both technical skills and problem-solving abilities. I appreciated how the interviewer asked about my project, allowing me to highlight my experience, explain my approach, and share future improvements I am considering.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Systems Integration & Development (Rockville, MD) in Mar 2021
Interview
(In-house) Recruiter reached out through LinkedIn. Had a positive conversation with the recruiter and then was brought in for an in-person interview. Was told beforehand I would be meeting with a group but one individual was at the meeting. She kept looking at her phone and kept asking questions as if she hadn't read my resume beforehand. Showed bias towards previous contract work (explained I had contract work) and acted as if I jumped around multiple jobs....that's what contract work is.......and asked how many jobs I've had in my life and questions about my college GPA even though I graduated two years ago and have not been asked that in years with my experience
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Systems Integration & Development (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
The process took 3 weeks.
