I applied online. I interviewed at Systems Control (Iron Mountain, MI)

Interview

They started with a phone interview which after they deemed I suitable, was followed up with an in person on site interview. Once there I was greeted by the heads of a few departments and a tour of the facility. After leaving I received another call and a job offer letter was emailed to me.

Interview

Usual phone call with their recruiter than a on site in person tour/interview. Takes them FOREVER to get back to you. Sounded like a bunch of guys had the same issue of it taking months just to get the in person interview. Never responded to me for feedback and letting me know I didn't receive the job.
