They took us on a tour around the facility and gave us personal interviews. Showed us how the work was going to be like. They gave us a run down of what to expect and how we should perform our tasks

Very easy job, but can be very dangerous. It’s imperative that you pay close attention to detail. With practice and proper training it’s very possible to become a pro. I personally would rate the interview a 6. Due to I had to only answer basic interview questions. But, the trading is also apart of of the interview.
